Day 34 – 23rd April
7.30am – Banana, cup of tea, milk, glass of orange, Benecol
10.30am – Cup of decaff coffee, milk
12.30pm – Two small ciabatta rolls, refried beans with chopped onions and tomatoes
2.30pm – One satsuma
6.00pm – Half a lager
8.00pm – One and a half poppadums, pickle tray dips, lamb curry, rice, cauliflower bhaji
10.00pm – Strawberries, natural yogurt, cup of decaff coffee
Reflections on Day 34:
- OK – disaster. Felt really low during the day and when a friend contacted us as he was working locally, we went for a drink and curry.
- Not doing well really. Perhaps I should do weight watchers!
