Day 34 – 23rd April

7.30am – Banana, cup of tea, milk, glass of orange, Benecol

10.30am – Cup of decaff coffee, milk

12.30pm – Two small ciabatta rolls, refried beans with chopped onions and tomatoes

2.30pm – One satsuma

6.00pm – Half a lager

8.00pm – One and a half poppadums, pickle tray dips, lamb curry, rice, cauliflower bhaji

10.00pm – Strawberries, natural yogurt, cup of decaff coffee


Reflections on Day 34:

  • OK – disaster. Felt really low during the day and when a friend contacted us as he was working locally, we went for a drink and curry.
  • Not doing well really. Perhaps I should do weight watchers!

    You are doing brilliantly, we all have the odd fatty meal, no one can ever keep to a fat free diet. Just forget about it, tomorrow is another day. šŸ˜„

    You see this is interesting. I look at this and think it’s a pretty average day – not too bad at all. Certainly not disastrous! I think one of the big problems with trying to lose weight is that if we waver even a tiny bit we overexxagerate it and give up! Keep going! x
