I’m sorry and will try MUCH harder!

Reflections of Day 10:

  • This was the worst day since starting this Flog. I woke up in the middle of the night and wondered if I would be honest and fess up to all my weakness!
  • Good thing – no more Easter eggs or hot Cross Buns in the house!
  • Feel a tiny bit better so maybe able to do some ‘power walking’ Sunday!

  • Good to have our ‘normal’ Tuesday supper.

  • Pleased that I did not have anything with my afternoon cuppa as normal.
  • We didn’t go out for our normal ‘Sunday Supper’ but had a very low calories take-away meal

  • By going to Ezos for supper we had a healthier option
  • Couldn’t resist the chocolates but should have taken an apple with me!

Day 4 – 24th March

Reflections on Day 3:

  • It was great to welcome Louise to Flogging. Here is her Diet Flog
  • Her approach is to list those temptations she resisted and those she didn’t! None of mine were resisted!
  • As I thought, the week-ends are going to be hard.

9.00am – Banana, cup of tea, milk, glass of orange juice, benecol

Day 3 – 23rd March

Reflections on Day 2

  • The week-ends are going to be difficult to log as I do feel guilty! We have our treats then so it will be a case of trying to persuade hubby not to insist I join him because that will make it VERY difficult!
  • Going to post a day behind so that the day is completed
